Why this course exists

MOOD BOARD 1words.png
  • ADHD isn’t rare, and it’s not a character flaw. Many adults carry it quietly, smart, capable, and still tripping over focus, time, memory, sleep, and shame.

  • They often reach adult life with fewer supports and a lot of mixed messages. Partners, families, and even professionals can miss the deeper patterns: stress loops, masking, attachment triggers, and the way criticism lands like a siren.

  • Most resources either go full-clinical or too feel-good. People need both: solid science with lived sense, plus tools that actually work at home and in the therapy room.

  • As a practising psychotherapist who works with ADHD in individuals, couples, and families, I built this course to bridge that gap, evidence-aware, trauma-informed, and deeply practical. You don’t need any background to follow it; you just need curiosity and a willingness to try small, kind changes.

  • By blending client-tested strategies with clear explanations from key thinkers (Bowlby, Maté, Berne, Gilbert, Sapolsky, Bradshaw), you’ll leave with a grounded understanding and a toolkit you can use the same day.

  • Real-world understanding, ADHD isn’t just about being distracted. It’s the chaos inside: too many tabs open, noise where others hear silence, thoughts spilling faster than they can be caught. This course helps you make sense of it.

  • Clarity through compassion, learn why forgetfulness, overwhelm, or emotional swings aren’t laziness but patterns of a nervous system under pressure.

  • Tools that translate the chaos, simple strategies to turn “a hundred pieces flying” into something you and the people around you can work with.

  • A way forward, whether you’re living with ADHD yourself, loving someone who has it, or supporting clients, you’ll walk away with understanding and practical steps.
